Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, workmanship standards, and regulations.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants to interpret plans and specifications.
• Ensure contractors comply with contracts, plans, specifications, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor movement of materials on the project site.
• Maintain detailed site records (progress, manpower, weather, drawings, instructions).
• Establish effective working relationships with contractor and consultants; conduct daily site inspections.
• Attend site, technical, and sub-contractor meetings and communicate status to superiors.

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field
