Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN GLOBAL HIRE SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Project Management Executive (Construction) to support our Iskandar Puteri project team.

You will assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring activities, and help maintain project documentation and progress reports. The role requires strong organisational, communication and coordination skills, the ability to liaise with engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers, and a willingness to work on site in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Qualifications

• Organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong communication abilities and teamwork.
• Experience in construction or project coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring construction project activities.
• Track project schedules, progress, deliverables and outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in organising project meetings and preparing meeting minutes, reports and follow-up actions.
• Maintain proper project documentation, records, correspondence and progress reports.
• Monitor project issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate site activities, material requirements and project resources.
• Support project progress reporting and management updates.
• Ensure activities follow schedules, specifications and company requirements.
• Perform other project coordination and management duties as assigned.
