Job summary

Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd (RISB) is seeking a Procurement Assistant in Penang to support sourcing, purchasing, materials management, and site logistics for construction projects. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, materials management, warehouse, or related field.
• Good understanding of purchasing and material coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing construction materials, tools, equipment, and general project supplies.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and prepare quotation comparisons.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR).
• Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements and delivery priorities.
• Monitor material orders and ensure timely delivery to warehouses or sites.
• Maintain accurate records of purchased materials and supplier information.
• Coordinate with warehouse on receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
