Job summary

Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Planning Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate project information for planning and handover. The role acts as a central hub for material tracking, procurement follow-up, and document submissions.

The position does not perform scheduling but provides essential data for planning, reporting, and project control. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with preference for candidates experienced in construction or M&E projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in construction, M&E, data centre, or project coordination are preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of project documentation and procurement processes is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material planning and tracking for assigned projects.
• Support document control and submission coordination across project teams.
• Provide planning support and status reporting to Planning Manager and Senior Planner.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients.
• Maintain project records and filing systems; prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist in assembling OMM documents and related submissions.
