Agensi Pekerjaan Achieve Career Consultant (M) Sdn Bhd (JTKSM 579) is seeking a Construction Manager to plan and lead civil projects in Malaysia. You will manage schedules, master programmes, and site progress, coordinating teams, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Construction Management, at least 5 years in construction, and proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 5 years of working experience in construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and BIM.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction schedules, master programmes and weekly site progress.
• Coordinate site operations, manpower, machinery, equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Oversee construction activities, resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and resource allocation.
• Communicate project progress, milestones and issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams and other parties for project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
