Job description

This job is all about leading construction projects from start to finish. You’ll organize teams and resources to create buildings or infrastructure. You might like this job because it combines leadership with hands-on problem-solving every day!

• Skilled in managing full project cycles, including site mobilization, technical planning, subcontractor supervision, QA/QC compliance, and ensuring adherence to CIDB, JKR, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with government bodies (JPS, local councils), engineering consultants, and enforcement of site HSE.
• To lead a multi-disciplinary teams, optimize timelines, and deliver civil works with minimal environmental impact and zero LTI.
• Monitor and control the progress of projects to ensure completion and delivery are within the approved budget and schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works are carried out according to approved specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, authority submissions, and safety regulations.
• Manage and oversee the project team to ensure overall targets set by management are achieved.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
