Job summary

Kingfisher HR Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager specialized in ELV, security systems, and M&E works. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will plan, supervise, and coordinate on-site activities across multiple project sites, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality.

You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with project managers to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience in ELV, security systems, or M&E works.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, project scheduling, and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
