Job summary

Micron Memory Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior EHS Engineer to lead environmental, health, and safety efforts across major construction, expansion, and equipment installation activities.

You will oversee site EHS programs, audits, and incident investigations to ensure regulatory compliance and safe project execution. The role supports the full project lifecycle, manages permit-to-work processes, and drives continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant safety/engineering field is required.
• DOSH registration or qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum five years of construction EHS experience in large projects.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership and field supervision for construction activities.
• Review EHS plans, JHA, risk assessments, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Monitor contractor EHS labor, proficiency, and field supervision.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Liaise with authorities on HSE issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
• Support project handover and lessons learned for future safety improvements.
