Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Engineer to provide leadership and field oversight for major construction and facility modification projects. You will drive EHS programs, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating with regulators and contractors, conducting audits, and delivering EHS training. You will foster a safety-first culture while supporting site operations and future deployment

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in occupational safety and health.
• Minimum five years of relevant construction EHS experience.
• Registered Safety and Health Officer (DOSH) preferred.
• Solid understanding of construction safety laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to review EHS plans and risk assessments.

Aufgaben

• Provide EHS leadership and field supervision for construction activities (CSA, MEP, cleanroom, utilities, equipment-installation, tool-hook-up).
• Review EHS plans, risk assessments, and permit-to-work before work begins.
• Lead investigations of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 14001/45001 compliance and support regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with authorities (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, CIDB) on HSE issues.
• Deliver EHS training and contractor safety communications.
