Job summary

Boon Boon Builder Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking a Document Controller to join our construction division on a full-time basis. You will manage project documents, contract records and compliance documentation to support our contracts management team and project delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in document control or a related field, strong organisational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in document control or related role.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, registering and distributing project documents and correspondence.
• Maintaining document control systems and filing protocols for easy retrieval.
• Managing version control of drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Coordinating storage and archiving to contractual and statutory requirements.
• Preparing document registers, transmittals and logs for all correspondence.
• Assisting with preparation of contract documents, amendments and variations.
• Liaising with project teams, consultants and contractors for timely submission of documents.
• Monitoring document deadlines and submission requirements.
• Providing administrative support to contracts management and project teams.
• Ensuring compliance with document retention policies and data protection regulations.
