Job summary

EH Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/CMS professional to manage contract administration, cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects in Petaling Jaya. The role involves cost control, valuation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely payments.

The candidate should have 2-3 years in construction, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be willing to travel with own transport.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/PG diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to travel and have own transport.

Responsibilities

Responsible for contract administration including preparation of contract, estimate, tenders and cost control.
Provide quantity surveying support such as cost estimating and contract valuation.
Monitor and report project budgets, expenses and variations.
Assist with monthly progress claims and payment certificates.
Collaborate with project managers, site teams and clients to resolve issues.
Assist in finalization of accounts for project contracts.
Prepare, review and administer construction contracts and subcontracts.
Other duties as assigned by management.
