Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural, or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in QA/QC Supervisor/Engineer.
• Familiarity with Malaysia construction standards and quality inspection requirements.
• English required; Chinese knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and compliance for civil, architectural and structural works.
• Manage QA/QC documents, certificates, test results and non–conformance reports.
• Develop inspection and testing procedures and ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor materials quality on site and coordinate with procurement and site teams.
• Lead quality audits and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and inspection plans.
