  • Help manage and coordinate CEO Office priorities, ensuring effective tracking of deliverables, actions, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement activity.
  • Drive programme management and execution support across selected strategic initiatives and executive engagement priorities.
  • Partner with senior internal stakeholders across strategy, communications, public affairs, regional teams, product, legal, and business functions.
  • Support the management of complex executive schedules and engagement planning across multiple time zones, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging developments, issues, and strategic themes relevant to executive activity and stakeholder engagement.
  • Operate with discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Candidate Profile

  • Confidence operating in senior stakeholder environments and interacting with executive leadership.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high‑quality outputs to demanding timelines.
  • Strong judgement, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work across a highly matrixed international organisation.
