Job summary

LV Concrete Sdn Bhd is seeking a concrete batching plant operator in Bidor to manage daily production and ensure accurate mix designs are followed.

The role requires operating batching plant equipment, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in concrete batching plant operations.
• Basic knowledge of concrete batching and mixing processes.
• Able to operate and monitor batching plant equipment.
• Follow mix designs and production instructions accurately.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production schedules.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Relevant technical or construction experience is an advantage.
