Job summary

LV Concrete Sdn Bhd is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our batching facility in Malaysia. You will ensure production meets required mix and quality standards, manage plant equipment, and supervise operators and workers to maintain safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in batching or related fields, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a concrete batching plant or related field.
• Basic knowledge of concrete production and batching operations.
• Able to supervise and manage plant workers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to monitor plant equipment and handle basic operational issues.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
