Job summary

HI-TECH MIX SDN BHD. requires a site supervisor to oversee daily operations of a ready-mixed concrete batching plant in Selangor.

You will ensure machine utilization, schedule concrete supplies, and meet on-time order fulfillment alongside cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in engineering, proven construction/site supervision experience, and good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in any disciplines or Diploma in Engineering.
• Proven experience in construction or as a site supervisor.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machine utilization and downtime improvement efforts.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation of concrete batching plant.
• Plan and schedule supply of concrete and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Interface with multiple functions and customers to resolve problems and respond to complaints.
• Develop corrective actions, quality improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
• Increase production yield and control wastage of materials.
• Liaise with authorities on construction activities.
• Identify site issues and propose solutions.
• Undertake additional tasks from management as needed.

Job description

Ensure machine utilization and downtime improvement efforts.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of concrete batching plant in an effective and efficient manner.

Plant out schedule supply of concrete and ensure that orders are fulfilled on time.

Interfaces with multiple functions and customers to resolve problems, respond to customer complaints, develop corrective actions, quality improvement and ensure compliances to standard operating procedures.

Increase production yield and control of wastage of materials.

Continuous process and productivity improvement.

Liaise with relevant authorities on all related aspects of construction activities.

Identify site issues and conduct inspections as well as propose solutions.

Undertake additional tasks from management from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Degree in any disciplines or Diploma in Engineering.

Proven experience in construction or as a site supervisor.

Experience with ready-mix concrete will be an added advantage.

Fair spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Effective communication - able to communicate with all level of people.

Proactive, resourceful and able to align all resources in meeting company's goal.

Self-motivated and adapted to be able to work with minimal supervision.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration depends on working experience.
