Job summary

Hanson Building Materials Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a plant operator proficient in Front End Loader operation. You will perform daily inspections, operate the loader, and support routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in safe working order.

You will follow Health, Safety and Environment guidelines, comply with ISO procedures, and maintain accurate plant records including Delivery Orders. Additional duties may be assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Operate a Front End Loader safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Follow HSE guidelines and ISO procedures.
• Complete plant records including Delivery Orders.
• Attend training as required.

Job description

Knowledge of operating a Front End Loader.

Awareness and ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment, including engines, tires, servicing, calibration, cleaning, and identifying whether mobile vehicles are in proper working condition.

Follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines, comply with company policies, maintain workplace cleanliness, and adhere to other plant requirements.

Carry out daily plant and machinery inspections and update Delivery Orders.

Perform general plant maintenance and keep plant records up to date.

Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

Ensure that all activities and operations are carried out in accordance with established instructions and procedures to prevent any fraudulent activities.

Comply with all procedures required under the applicable ISO standards.

Acquire and maintain all necessary knowledge and competencies required to perform duties effectively, and attend training and development programs as required.

Have experience operating a Front End Loader, where applicable.

Possess a secondary school qualification (PMR/SPM or equivalent).
