Job summary

Hartalega in Sepang, Malaysia, seeks a Production Support professional to assist the Production Manager in maintaining and troubleshooting daily production processes and resolving product quality issues.

You will help ensure compliance with ISO 9001/13485/GMP, review checklists and reports, monitor glove quality, and coordinate with Engineering and CNI to plan preventive maintenance and improvements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of work experience.
Strong ability to troubleshoot issues systematically using relevant tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain ISO 9001/13485/GMP compliance by following and updating work instructions and documents.
Review production checklists and reports; address findings with relevant personnel.
Monitor glove quality via QAI and department reports; investigate issues with teams.
Follow up on corrective actions to ensure problems are fully resolved.
Supervise and evaluate Supervisors against their job descriptions.
Organize regular training for production staff to ensure competence.
Monitor production KPIs; investigate shortfalls and discuss improvements.
Document all process deviations and changes accurately.
Oversee housekeeping, handling, storage and preservation across production areas.
Coordinate with Engineering and CNI to plan preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs.
