Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for the Malaysia Compliance Operations Team.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Support retention strategies and staff development initiatives.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of compliance staff in collaboration with Team Leads.
• Liaise with HR, Operations, Product, Tech, and other business teams.
• Provide regular updates to Head of Compliance on hiring progress.
