Capital Dynamics, a licensed fund manager established in 1997, is expanding its presence in Malaysia with a new unit trust management business. We seek passionate a few Client Services Associates to support our fast-growing base of investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner;
• Facilitate account opening and reviews, including performing KYC and periodic due diligence to ensure compliance;
• Work with various departments to ensure prompt transaction processing and service delivery for clients;
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of regular investor communications and reports;
• Help manage content updates across the company website and investor portals;
• Maintain investor records in CRM, database and distribution lists;
• Ensure client service SOPs are up-to-date and propose enhancements for continuous improvement; and
• Stay updated with relevant industry regulations, internal policies and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Degree holder from a reputable university.
• Min. 2 years experience in client relationship management and/or sales support operations in financial services industry. Experienced candidates can be considered for senior/regional roles.
• Diligent, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
• Proficient knowledge of unit trusts is essential.
• Successful candidates need to be registered with FIMM.
