Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or corporate secretariat.
• Solid knowledge of financial regulatory standards and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and prepare submissions to governance committees; organize and schedule RCGC meetings; draft agendas, minutes and board papers.
• Review and track non-compliance escalations; prepare NIL breach reports and relevant regulatory submissions.
• Assist team leader with ad-hoc tasks and maintain robust records and documentation.
