Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd is seeking an HR Operations professional in Malaysia to support compensation & benefits, payroll, and related compliance. You will analyze market data, help design surveys, and turn data into actionable insights that improve employee rewards and experience.

Role requires 2–3 years in HR operations, solid knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements, and strong Excel skills. You will work with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and maintain accurate HR data.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or compensation & benefits.
• Working understanding of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Employment Act, etc).
• Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas.
• Organised, self-driven, and accountable with day-to-day task management.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Clear and direct communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, review, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits practices, policies, and processes.
• Dig into market data and benchmarking on market practices, salary structures, benefits, and employee rewards.
• Support the design and rollout of employee surveys to understand how our rewards and benefits land with people.
• Turn C&B data into insights and recommendations that influence decision-making.
• Support the redesign of benefits and reward programmes.
• Ensure relevant People & Rewards policies and processes are properly documented and maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience of existing C&B processes.
