HIJRAA Healthcare SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant in Kuala Nerus, Terengganu. This full-time position supports clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth patient flow and confidentiality. You will assist clinical staff, manage records, and help maintain a safe, welcoming clinic environment.

The successful candidate will have a relevant Diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a patient-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with clinic management software or electronic patient records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients with accuracy and compassion.
• Maintain and organise patient records and documentation.
• Assist nurses and doctors with examinations and procedures.
• Take basic vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, resp).
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise equipment.
• Schedule and manage clinic appointments.
