Job summary

Woh Hup is seeking a company/personal driver in Malaysia to transport management and staff in a safe, professional manner. You will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, document delivery, and occasional office support.

The role requires a valid D class license, 3+ years of driving experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving license (D) with a clean driving record; minimum 3 years’ experience; SPM or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a company or personal driver.
• Familiarity with routes within Malaysia & Singapore.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality & professionalism.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive Top Management, staff, clients and guests to various locations in a safe, comfortable manner.
• Maintain and clean assigned vehicles; perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and keep records.
• Deliver and collect documents or parcels; run errands as assigned.
• Keep service logs and arrange workshop visits when necessary.
• Travel outstation when required; assist with general office duties as needed.

• Driving company vehicles to chauffeuring Top Management, staff, clients and guests to various locations in comfortable & safe manner.
• Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned vehicles. Perform daily, pre & post-trip company vehicle inspections & ensure that the company vehicles are maintained in excellent condition, clean, and safe.
• To maintain the cleanliness of exterior and interior of the vehicle(s), e.g. washing & vacuum the vehicle(s) periodically.
• To keep record service record & carry out general maintenance & deliver the vehicle(s) to a workshop when necessary.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcel or other items as assigned by the company / Superior / Manager.
• Able to work irregular / flexible days and hours or even during weekend Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays & midnight if required.
• Handle some administrative tasks such as mailing & other office errands as assigned.
• Providing support with general office duties, such as filing, photocopying & running errands.
• Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.
• Able to travel outstation when required.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior/ Manager.

Requirements
