You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, manage fuel and servicing, follow traffic laws, and support basic office tasks. Proficiency with navigation apps, good communication and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with clean record and traffic history.
• Experience as a company driver or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Proficient in using navigation apps such as Waze and Google Maps.
• Good time management and scheduling skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeuring services to employees, Directors, Customers/Clients and goods to designated locations safely and on time.
• Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance of the vehicle at all times, and schedule regular car servicing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle has enough fuel for the trip.
• Abide by all traffic regulations, laws, and ordinances while driving.
• Stay alert to mobile notifications.
• Maintain strict discipline in time reporting and ensure the cleanliness of all vehicles, both internally and externally.
• File documents and maintain records.
• Manage basic office tasks.
• Assist in the delivery of documents or other duties as assigned by management.
