Job summary

HAN AIK HARDWARE SDN BHD is seeking a dependable chauffeur to provide professional transport for the Managing Director and other executives in Malaysia and beyond. The role requires long hours, including weekends and public holidays when needed, and ensures compliance with traffic laws while keeping the vehicle clean and maintained.

You will travel long distances, including trips from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School qualification or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driving license.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Willing and able to drive long distances, including JB to KL and beyond.
• Able to drive in Singapore; passport required.
• Speak Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Willing to handle non-halal products.
• Willing to handle and care for pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeur service to the Managing Director or other persons as instructed.
• Work beyond normal hours including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Comply with all traffic laws and ensure license is valid at all times.
• Maintain vehicle in a safe and clean manner with regular servicing, cleaning, washing, polishing, etc.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• To provide chauffeur service to Managing Director or any other persons thereof as instructed.
• Able to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
• Comply with all applicable road traffic laws and regulations and ensure that the driving license remains valid at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients' identities, personal information, discussions, and business matters.
• Ensure the vehicle well-maintained in a safe & clean manner by regular servicing, cleaning, washing, polishing etc.
• Perform minor maintenance task on the vehicles when necessary.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Minimum Secondary School qualification or equivalent, with a valid Class D driving license.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of relevant work experience.
• Willing and able to drive long distances, including trips from Johor Bahru (JB) to Kuala Lumpur (KL) and beyond when required.
• Able to drive in Singapore. A valid passport is required.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Willing to handle non-halal products (alcohol) when required.
• Willing to handle and care for pets when required.
• Outstation Allowance: RM100 (include food and accommodation)
