The successful candidate will maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and punctuality while supporting daily transportation needs of the company and ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean record.
• Experience as Company/Personal/Executive driver preferred.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur and surrounding routes.
• Reliable, punctual, discreet and well organised.
• Willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual transport for directors, management, employees, guests, clients and other authorised personnel.
• Drive company members to meetings, appointments, business locations, airports, events and other destinations as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
• Keep mileage, fuel, servicing, parking, tolls and other vehicle-related records.
• Adapt to changing schedules and last-minute transportation requirements.
• Assist passengers with luggage, documents or personal belongings when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times, especially with directors and senior management.
• Arrange servicing, maintenance or repairs as needed.

LALITHAA JEWELLERY (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a reliable, professional, and trustworthy Company Driver to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

This is a full-time position primarily responsible for providing safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for company directors, management, employees, guests, clients, and other authorised personnel.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and punctuality while supporting the daily transportation needs of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Providing safe and reliable transportation for company directors, management, employees, guests, clients, and other authorised personnel
• Driving company members to meetings, appointments, business locations, airports, events, and other destinations as required
• Ensuring passengers arrive at their destinations safely and on time
• Planning appropriate and efficient routes based on traffic conditions and schedules
• Remaining available and flexible for changes in daily schedules or last-minute transportation requirements
• Assisting passengers with luggage, documents, or personal belongings when necessary
• Maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times, particularly when transporting directors and senior management
• Keeping company vehicles clean, presentable, and in good operating condition
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks, including fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, and general condition
• Arranging servicing, maintenance, or repairs when required and reporting any vehicle issues promptly
• Maintaining records relating to mileage, fuel, servicing, parking, tolls, and other vehicle-related expenses
• Ensuring compliance with all Malaysian traffic laws and company policies
• Carrying out occasional company errands, document collection, or other transportation-related duties when required

What we're looking for

• A valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record
• Previous experience as a Company Driver, Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or similar role is preferred
• Experience driving company directors, senior management, business owners, or corporate personnel would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas, including major roads, business districts, hotels, airports, and common routes
• Strong awareness of road safety and responsible driving practices
• Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and well organised
• Professional appearance and courteous behaviour
• Ability to communicate effectively with directors, management, employees, and guests
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling private or sensitive conversations and information
• Ability to remain calm and professional in traffic or unexpected situations
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required
