Job summary

Pelago Malaysia is seeking a positive Community Operations Agent for a 3-month contract (Oct–Dec 2026). Based in our KL office, you will be the main contact for inquiries and help deliver great customer experiences to travelers and providers globally.

You will troubleshoot inquiries via email, messenger and other channels; ensure prompt, friendly responses; coordinate bookings between customers and providers; and relay voice of customer to internal teams to improve service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or fast-paced operations.
• Excellent English (written and spoken), level B2/C1 preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by resolving inquiries via email and other channels.
• Respond promptly, helpfully, and kindly to customers.
• Coordinate between customers and providers on bookings.
• Process bookings and resolve delays for seamless service.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve experience.
