Qualifications

• A college degree or above, with appropriate relaxation for outstanding candidates
• Professional background in electrical (high and low voltage), HVAC, and other related mechanical and electrical fields
• 3+ years of industry experience, including data center work experience; commissioning experience preferred. Familiar with commissioning processes and data center systems (electrical, HVAC, low voltage, fire protection etc.)
• Familiar with progress, cost, quality, safety and other aspects of commissioning projects
• Understand delivery standards of data center infrastructure and commissioning processes
• Understand technical architecture and characteristics of data centers
• Good communication skills, take work seriously and responsibly, ability to make independent judgments, actively learn and work well in a team
• Ability to review commissioning plans, schemes, and reports
• Project management experience and ability; PMP certificate preferred
• Ability to handle pressure and willing to undertake long‑term business trips

Responsibilities

• Ensure the normal progress of commissioning plans and schedules
• Compile professional plans, schemes, and process documents
• Control the quality of the commissioning process and coordinate the work of the commissioning team
• Respond to emergencies and make decisions; summarize and report on testing issues
• Take responsibility for on‑site communication and coordination with clients; answer professional technical questions
