Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.
- Good team player able to work independently.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Responsibilities
- Master all basic cooking methods like cutting of ingredients.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to menu/SOP for the station daily.
- Responsible for proper storage of food preparation and storage area.
- Improve food preparation methods based on feedback.
- Perform overall cleaning duties of the kitchen area, all crockery and equipment.
- Maintain food safety standards and observe safety precautions when handling equipment.
- Undertake duties assigned by Head Chef & Chef De Partie.
- Ability to work in a team.
