You will prepare food according to recipes and ensure consistent quality. Maintain a clean, organized workstation while following strict food safety and hygiene regulations. You will help receive and store ingredients, work with the team to execute daily menu items, and participate in on-the-job training to expand cooking

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred as kitchen assistant or commis chef.
• Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with colleagues and supervisors.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of ingredients, sauces, and dishes.
• Prepare food following recipes and instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation with hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with receiving and storing ingredients.
