Job summary

Jora Malaysia is closing its operations on 9th September 2026 and is seeking staff to support kitchen duties and station management. The roles involve food preparation, station setup, cooking assistance, hygiene and safety, and stock control in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assisting with washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing ingredients for dishes.
• Station Setup: Setting up and stocking workstations with all necessary, clean equipment and ingredients.
• Cooking Assistance: Preparing basic components of dishes, such as sauces or simple dishes, under supervision.
• Hygiene & Safety: Ensuring a clean and safe work area, including washing dishes and cleaning equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Stock Management: Assisting with receiving deliveries, organizing storerooms, and rotating stock using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
