Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Prepare mise-en-place for both a la carte and buffet.
• Assist in preparing orders according to standard procedures.
• Rotate stock using FIFO by expiry date; handle store requisitions.
• Clean and maintain the walk-in chiller and kitchen area/equipment.
• Maintain proper personal appearance (uniform, hat, name tag).
• Follow standard recipes and minimize food wastage.
• Check and refill buffet items and assist with buffet clearing.
• Adhere to safety, security, and energy-saving rules.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned.
