Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Economics or other relevant fields.
• Minimum CGPA above 3.50 or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Good commercial awareness, with an interest in retail, buying and category management.

Responsibilities

• Undergo the structured 6‑month development programme, including learning sessions and on‑the‑job training.
• Gain exposure to category management, buying, merchandising, product selection, pricing and promotions.
• Support commercial teams in analysing product and category performance, market trends and opportunities.
• Assist in reviewing sales performance and relevant commercial data to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Buying Managers and cross‑functional teams to understand end‑to‑end retail business.
