ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad invites fresh graduates to join its Retail Management Trainee Program in Malaysia. The program offers rotations in cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge, plus store management and admin exposure.

Participants receive on-the-job training and mentoring to fast-track to a permanent role as Assistant Manager after six months. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree and be fluent in English and Malay, with basic Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates encouraged).
• Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Participate in comprehensive rotations in cashiering, stock management and product knowledge.
• Support store management, supervision and admin tasks.
• Undergo on-the-job training in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Receive mentorship from senior leadership to accelerate career development.
• Potential conversion to permanent staff with promotion to Assistant Manager after 6-month training.
