What will you do

Colgate-Palmolive Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24‑month development program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first‑hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within Customer Development, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing and eventually leading you into a definite fast‑track of commercial business management. You will help partner the business, drive transformation, accelerate our people capabilities and nurture a caring and passion for performance culture for a winning South ASEAN business.

Who Are We Looking For

• Degree of Master’s degree holder with CGPA 3.2 and above in Commerce/International Business/Business Administration or equivalent
• Possess less than 18 months full‑time working experience (excluding internships & part time work)
• Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities
• Passionate about developing a career in FMCG industry
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Creative & critical thinking with an open mind and high learning agility
• Adventurous, entrepreneurial and possess experimental mindset
• Strong leadership skills, driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes
