Qualifications

• Master’s degree CGPA 3.2 or above in Commerce, International Business, or Business Administration.
• Less than 18 months of full-time work experience (excluding internships and part-time work).
• Proven leadership in multiple leadership roles in curricular activities.
• Passionate about building a career in FMCG.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Creative, critical thinking with high learning agility.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to experiment.
• Strong leadership with goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in job rotations across Customer Development, Trade Marketing and Retail Marketing.
• Support the business, drive transformation and accelerate people capabilities.
• Contribute to a culture of caring, performance and collaboration within the South ASEAN region.

Colgate-Palmolive Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24‑month development program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first‑hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within Customer Development, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing and eventually lead you into a definite fast‑track of commercial business management. People are our greatest strength and that goes without saying that we win together by bringing the best talent, diversity and creativity of each individual. Being part of this program, you will help partner the business, drive transformation, accelerate our people capabilities and nurture a caring and passion for performance culture for a winning South ASEAN business.

Who Are We Looking For

• Master’s degree holder with CGPA 3.2 and above in Commerce, International Business, Business Administration or equivalent
• Possess less than 18 months full‑time working experience (excluding internships & part‑time work)
• Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities
• Passionate about developing a career in FMCG industry
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Creative & critical thinking with an open mind and high learning agility
• Adventurous, entrepreneurial and possess experimental mindset
• Strong leadership skills, driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes
