Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive invites high-potential graduates to join the 24-month Supply Chain Management Trainee program in Selangor, Malaysia. You will work closely with operations, technical and planning teams to gain hands-on experience, tackle real-world challenges, and develop leadership capabilities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Must-have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or higher) with CGPA 3.2 and above in:

• Engineering (preferably Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing or Mechanical)
• Supply Chain Management (with a focus on Operations Management)
• Technology (preferably Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology)

Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years full‑time working experience are welcome to apply (excluding internships & part‑time work).
