AirAsia SEA Sdn Bhd seeks an analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Intern for a 6-month hybrid internship spanning commercial strategy, supplier onboarding, data analytics, and project coordination. You will dive into supplier performance data, optimize dashboards, support onboarding for hotels and suppliers, and help with weekly reviews and KPI reporting to drive business decisions across markets.

Qualifications

Education: pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
Commercial acumen with interest in e-commerce and partner relations.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to document meetings clearly.
Excellent organization and ability to handle multiple tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities

Onboarding & Account Management: Build onboarding flows, collateral, and documentation for new hotels and suppliers; assist in partner communications and weekly reviews.
Supply Optimization & Commercial Strategy: Analyze supplier inventory, rate competitiveness, and promo allocations; identify growth opportunities.
KPI and Dashboard work: Review dashboards, collaborate on new KPIs and proposals for dashboard enhancements; assist in data quality improvements.
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Communication: Track milestones, document minutes, and provide weekly/monthly progress summaries.
