foodpanda is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead Vendor Growth Strategy & Performance Management, bridging central technology products with regional commercial execution across 15 markets. You will own the diagnostic phase, commercial planning, and GTM rollout for key business levers that drive marketplace performance and affordability.

You will collaborate with central Product/Engineering and regional leadership to translate diagnostics into structured roadmaps, prioritise initiatives

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in GTM strategy, PMO, consulting, or commercial operations.
• Experience in high-growth tech, e-commerce, or marketplace settings.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent communication.
