Job summary

FirstClover Sdn Bhd is seeking a Commercial & Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day commercial activities, sales coordination, basic accounting and administrative tasks.

This hands-on role suits someone who is organized and proactive, able to handle expenses, sales orders, product listings at outlets and general administration. Diploma/LCCI in Accounting preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/LCCI or accounting background preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accounts & expense administration, data entry and reconciliation.
• Process quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents.
• Coordinate product sourcing, listings with outlets and buyers.
• General office and administrative tasks, including records and Excel updates.
