Job summary

Avient Corporation in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a motivated laboratory professional to perform color matching, application testing and QC sampling for customer projects. You will support sample preparation, color chip creation and documentation for dispatch.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Higher secondary education with work experiences and demonstrated competences.
2 years working experience in injection and extrusion molding would be an advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office and business English.
Good color sense and color knowledge.

Responsibilities

Perform color matching / application operation and testing in the laboratory.
QC sample before dispatching out to customer.
Assists in preparing samples for customers and documentation for sample dispatch.
to properly maintain the storage of color matching folder
Assist in evaluating new raw materials

to support QC activities when necessary
to continuously provide ideas for continuous improvement of the company
