• 2-3 years of experience in color matching, particularly in packaging or printing.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and experience with color matching tools and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle production pressures.

Responsibilities

• Perform color matching and formulation for printing and packaging materials, ensuring consistency with color standards.
• Use color measurement instruments and software to assess and match colors accurately.
• Collaborate with product development and production teams to adjust color formulations per client specs.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure color accuracy across production batches.
• Maintain detailed records of color formulas, adjustments, and outcomes.
• Source pigments and colorants from suppliers as needed.
• Stay updated on color matching technologies and techniques.
