Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in collections, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of collections processes and recovery strategies.
• Familiar with CGC / SJPP claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all auction and valuation, EMB Collections.
• Lead, supervise and manage a team of collectors.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
