Job summary

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a senior leader to head End‑to‑End EmB Collections, overseeing prevention, recovery, auctions, valuations and legal recovery processes. You will drive portfolio performance toward recovery targets, SP write‑backs and bad debt reduction while formulating effective recovery strategies in line with Bank policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Collections, Recovery or Credit Risk Management.
• Proven supervisory and people management experience.
• Experience in managing legal recovery and collateral realisation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EmB Collections portfolio across delinquency, recovery and rehabilitation.
• Drive targets for portfolio quality, recovery, NPL levels and KPIs.
• Develop and implement collection strategies including rehabilitation, litigation, foreclosure and collateral realisation.
• Oversee repayment arrangements, auctions, valuations and post-auction activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, PDPA and governance standards.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, solicitors, auctioneers and valuers.
• Coach and develop team members and support strategic initiatives.
