Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, or CPA).
• 3 years’ experience in credit, collection or accounts receivable management in a B2B environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, collections and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection activities for assigned customer accounts and analyse payment behaviour.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve billing and credit issues and improve DSO.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and governance.
• Analyse monthly ageing, billing and statement reports to drive action plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and controls.
• Collaborate across functions to implement changes and ensure adoption.
• Prepare reporting on customer accounts, ageing, and events; support audits.
