Responsibilities

• Ensure collection performance is achieved in line with the branch target.
• Participate in marketing activities, promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Conduct preliminary customer assessments and profiling to support business acquisition efforts.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation, disbursement and credit monitoring in compliance with bank policy.
• Engage directly with customers regarding sales-related matters, including product explanation, appointment scheduling, document collection and service enquiries.
• Coordinate closely with Branch Credit Unit, Credit Admin, Legal and Compliance to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
• Participate in developing and executing branch business plans to meet all KPIs and strategic goals.
• Maintain accurate customer and financing records in internal systems to support performance tracking and reporting.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Provide administrative support to Branch Credit Teams and branch management including meeting preparation, sales tracking and report compilation.
• Build rapport and develop meaningful networking in the customer's organization.
• Ensure consistent branch-level compliance with mandate segmentation reporting by accurately applying approved definitions, financing attributes, purpose codes, and classification logic in line with the new PMF guidelines, while minimizing operational disruption.
