Job summary

SAKU WANG SDN. BHD. is seeking a Collection Executive to contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email regarding overdue payments and repayment arrangements.

You will discuss and facilitate suitable repayment plans in line with company policies, follow up on commitments, and maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the system. The role emphasizes professional, respectful, and courteous communication, with adherence to PDPA requirements and approved procedures for

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email regarding overdue payments and repayment arrangements.
• Discuss and facilitate suitable repayment arrangements in accordance with company policies and approved procedures.
• Follow up on payment commitments and overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update all collection activities in the system.
• Communicate with customers professionally, respectfully and courteously at all times.
• Conduct collection activities in accordance with company policies, applicable laws, PDPA requirements and approved collection procedures.
