Qualifications

• Experience in collateral management or reconciliation within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reconciliation of collateral balances, margin calls, and positions with counterparties.
• Review and analyse breaks and ensure timely resolution with proper documentation.
• Monitor aging of breaks and escalate high-risk discrepancies to management.
• Ensure queries are managed effectively and escalations are sent to the Manager promptly.
• Assist the Manager in organising daily workload within the reconciliation team and monitor KPIs.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and act as escalation point for complex breaks.
• Support process improvements and participate in system upgrades or new reports.
