TDK Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is looking for a hands-on technician to support machine troubleshooting and production model changeovers for cold forming processes.

The role covers setting up and converting cold forming machines, inspecting electrode parts, and ensuring 5S and safety standards. You will minimize downtime, maintain quality, and work with minimal supervision. Bilingual in Malay and English is required.

Qualificações

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering required.
• Able to interpret mechanical drawings.
• Bilingual in Malay and English.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and conversion of cold forming machines.
• Troubleshoot machines to minimize downtime.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for cold forming machine set-up/conversion and to achieve production output.

Responsible for machine trouble shooting (Cold Forming,) to minimize downtime to produce electrodes.

Inspection and confirmation of parts (Electrode).

To ensure all safety guidelines pertaining to machine handling are adhered.

Maintain 5S at respective workplace.

Responsible to ensure the enforcement and control of 5s, Safety and environmental protection in the respective area.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Required Education

Certificate / Diploma in Engineering

Able to interpret mechanical / technical drawing

Ability to work independently

Bilingual (able to converse in Malay and English)
